Job summary

Wyoming Outdoor Council in Lander, WY is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our business operations team. This full-time salaried, non-exempt role works closely with the business operations manager, finance director, and staff to support conservation and fundraising efforts.

The position handles campus needs, office logistics, donations data entry, accounts payable support, and event coordination, while upholding our values of equity, belonging, and service to Wyoming's environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Macs and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with database entry and data consistency.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Commitment to the mission of the Wyoming Outdoor Council and its equity and belonging work.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting tasks, bookkeeping, and audit preparation as needed.
• Open/close office, greet visitors, process mail.
• Enter daily donations into the database and coordinate with the development team.
• Coordinate event logistics and onboarding/offboarding of staff.
• Maintain office supplies and monitor organizational email and communications.
• Assist with data entry projects and regularly scheduled publications.
