Qualifications

  • Experience in banking or financial services processing.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Process payments timely for corporate action events and communicate payment terms.
  • Execute instructions via SWIFT and book-entry via DTCC/Euroclear; manage physical securities processing.
  • Balance transactions and resolve exceptions, including reconciliation and break management.
  • Make election decisions on applying obligations against inventory across various holdings.
  • Escalate to Asset Services management when transactions may create risk for clients and the firm.
  • Facilitate cross-group communication and support asset services innovation, UAT planning, and training.

Job Description:Job Title Operations Expert – Asset Services GroupCorporate Title AssociateLocation Jacksonville, FLOverviewAs an Associate in the Asset Services team, you will be responsible for receiving, acknowledging, and executing Client instructions to effect non-expiring Ad-Hoc conversions pertaining to both fixed income and equity securities, Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions, and Income processing. In addition, you will document analytical processing data for upstream reporting and participate in upcoming run the Bank and change the Bank initiatives within the Asset Services team processing landscape.
