Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in securities or cash operations, proxy processing, corporate actions, or custody operations.
• Good IT skills such as Microsoft Office / Excel, Copilot experience is a plus.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Work effectively with others by establishing and maintaining positive working relationships built on mutual respect and trust.
• Escalate issues that demonstrate risk to customers/clients and/or the company.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing and analyzing proxy & class action related material and data
• Process client instructions within established deadlines
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails
• Timely response to internal/external client queries
• Interface with lines of business supported (Wealth Management, Prime Finance), Vendors and international custodians
• Liaising with internal departments and Vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues raised
• Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives
• Maintain policies and procedures on related processes
