Job summary

Refresco North America seeks a senior leader to define and drive the North American Operational Excellence strategy, leading transformation, maintenance excellence, and workforce capability development across multiple plants. You will align business strategy with operational execution, guiding executives and site leaders to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong financial acumen, including cost optimization and ROI analysis.
• Experience in operational excellence, Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North American Operational Excellence and Transformation strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Establish governance for transformation initiatives and multi-year roadmaps across facilities.
• Drive adoption of standardized systems, tools, and processes and monitor performance.
• Partner with executive leadership to align priorities with business strategy and financial goals.
• Oversee Maintenance Excellence, Asset Reliability, and Training functions to boost OEE and efficiency.
