Job summary

idX Corporation in the United States seeks an Operations Specialist to drive efficiency, safety programs, and continuous improvement across regional plants. You will partner with the Operations Manager to develop action plans and support cross-functional collaboration among manufacturing, scheduling, engineering, and project management.

You will monitor performance metrics, coordinate production activities, and support capital projects and new initiatives to optimize workflow and plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of production flow, scheduling, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with idX’s products and culture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Operations Manager in developing, prioritizing, and implementing solutions to improve operational performance.
• Supports efficiency improvements and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
• Acts as a liaison between manufacturing, scheduling, engineering, project management, and plant leadership.
• Monitors KPIs and operational metrics with plant leadership to drive productivity.
• Coordinates scheduling and production activities to meet customer and business needs.
• Participates in CapEx projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintains documentation and project tracking tools for operational initiatives.
