Job summary

Exoben Inc. is seeking a highly organized Director of Operations to lead day-to-day operational activities across the company in the United States.

You will align processes, teams and resources to deliver results while collaborating with engineering, project and business units to improve efficiency and execution. The role focuses on coordination, control and continuous improvement, with responsibility for building scalable processes and a strong operations team to support growth and expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in operations, preferably in technology, manufacturing or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong experience managing processes and improving efficiency.
• Highly organized and execution‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Clear communicator with ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple business units.
• Ensure projects and activities are executed efficiently and on schedule.
• Develop and improve operational processes and systems.
• Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Support resource planning and allocation across departments.
• Identify operational risks and implement solutions quickly.
• Work with supply chain, engineering and project teams to meet standards and enable scalable growth.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Operations Management

Master’s degree (advantage)
