Job summary

GoToFoods is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to oversee brand standard compliance and operational excellence across company-owned and franchise locations. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience required.
• 4-7 years of experience preferred.
• Management in the food industry (Assistant or General Manager level required).
• Food Safety experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) assessments at company-owned and franchise locations, including in-store evaluations and virtual reviews; organize travel, coordinate with leadership and business consultants, and educate on brand standards and food safety; document each store visit meticulously to uphold standards.
• Assist New Store Openings (NSO) by delivering targeted training to new team members and managers; help lead trainer facilitate communication with upper management and cross-functional teams for a seamless opening process.
• Foster partnerships with store operators by applying leadership and specialized knowledge to drive operational excellence and high standards across locations.
• Provide expert guidance, coaching, and support to store operators to elevate operating standards and promote continuous improvement; teach operational excellence and brand compliance.
• Conduct targeted restaurant visits to support and enforce brand operations initiatives and rollouts; ensure consistent execution of brand standards.
• Utilize GuestFocus, BI, and performance scorecards to extract insights; inform brand teams about field operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Review findings and collaborate with brand leaders to implement solutions to recurring field issues.
