Job summary

GoTo Foods is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to ensure brand standard compliance and operational excellence across company-owned and franchise locations. This vital role includes conducting Quality, Service, and Cleanliness assessments, supporting New Store Openings, and coaching store operators to elevate operational standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of management experience in the food industry, preferably in an Assistant or General Manager role, with a strong focus on food safety.
