Job summary

GoTo Foods seeks an Operations Excellence Manager to ensure brand standards and operational excellence across company-owned and franchise locations through thorough QSC assessments and targeted coaching.

The role supports NSO by delivering essential training and coordinating with teams such as Marketing, Design & Construction, and Retail Technology to ensure a smooth launch and consistently high guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations/food service is required.
• Food safety experience is required.
• Management experience in the food industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) assessments at company-owned and franchise locations, including in-store and virtual reviews.
• Deliver targeted NSO training and facilitate communication with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth openings.
• Foster partnerships with store operators and key contacts to drive operational excellence.
• Coach and support store operators to uplift operating standards and promote continuous improvement.
• Perform restaurant visits to enforce brand operations initiatives and standards.
• Use tools like GuestFocus, BI, and scorecards to extract insights and guide strategy.
