Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a high-volume DTC warehouse or fulfillment setting.
• Experience as an Operations Manager or Senior Manager with direct reports.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, coach, and develop warehouse leadership.
• Strong knowledge of labor management, inventory, quality, and process flow.

Responsibilities

• Travel to network sites to support leader training, onboarding, and system navigation.
• Embed within fulfillment centers for weeks to coach and develop new Area Managers and Operations Managers.
• Assess leadership capability and identify gaps to implement targeted development plans.
• Lead training across core operational disciplines and ensure KPI alignment.
