Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and deploy CIP and strategic programs to meet targets.
• Coach and mentor team members; build Lean/Six Sigma capabilities.
• Manage performance metrics, site scorecards, and governance processes.
