Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Warrendale is seeking an Operations Excellence leader to design and execute the OpEx strategy for this site. You will own the improvement road map, drive regulatory compliance, and deliver efficiency and growth across manufacturing and spare parts.

Collaborate with site leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage budgets. You will coach Lean Six Sigma projects, train belts, and report weekly results.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Finance.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience managing improvement projects in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead OpEx improvement programs to drive regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and growth.
• Own the Warrendale OpEx road map and coordinate site-wide projects.
• Coach Lean Six Sigma belts and supervise project teams.
• Maintain site scorecards and report weekly progress to leadership.
