Job summary

Datwyler Pharma Solutions is seeking a Site Continuous Improvement Manager to deploy and sustain the Operational Excellence strategy across Middletown and Pennsauken sites. You will lead lean initiatives, standardize processes, and drive data-driven performance for safety, quality, delivery and cost.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, coach on Lean principles, and maintain hands-on presence on the shop floor to optimize production flows and material handling while embedding a culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or related roles.
• Experience implementing Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs.
• Experience with CI tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S/6S, standard work, root cause analysis, and line balancing.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern a structured site CI portfolio across two sites.
• Identify, prioritize, and lead CI initiatives focused on productivity and cost reduction.
• Deploy Lean tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, Kanban) and conduct data-driven assessments.
• Lead structured problem solving and root cause analysis to reduce variation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
