Job summary

Cirtec Medical seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement across manufacturing, driving efficiency, reducing costs and expanding capacity. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma and SMED techniques to improve processes, production flow and equipment utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of manufacturing or operational excellence experience, leadership preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; medical device experience a plus.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience required; Black Belt certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning and project management skills.
• Ability to lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing, equipment, capacity, and space plans.
• Lead production line design, layout improvements, and ramp-up activities.
• Develop, monitor, and report key operational performance metrics.
• Identify and drive cost-reduction and process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, SMED.
• Review processes and schedules to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Optimize labor, materials, overhead, and manufacturing flow while upholding quality.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality and senior leadership to implement improvements.
• Provide leadership for operational excellence initiatives across departments.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality requirements, and safety standards.
