Job summary

Lumalight, LLC is seeking a Director of Operational Excellence to lead the development of systems, metrics, processes, and governance for stronger operational performance.

Reporting to executive leadership, the Director will enable leaders with performance insights, standardized practices, and structured problem-solving to manage capacity, quality, productivity, and client outcomes. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in operational excellence, business operations, performance management, analytics, process improvement, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing KPI frameworks, operational reporting, capacity models, and performance-management systems.
• Proven ability to analyze operational data and convert findings into practical recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable improvements in performance, service delivery, quality, or efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of KPI frameworks across business units.
• Design dashboards and reporting tools for leadership visibility.
• Develop capacity-planning models and forecasting processes.
• Lead structured problem-solving to identify root causes of performance, quality, and workflow challenges.
• Promote adoption of standardized metrics, processes, and governance across the organization.
