Lumelight is seeking an experienced Director, Operational Excellence to lead the development of systems, metrics, processes, and governance that strengthen operational performance and support growth. The role collaborates with leaders to provide performance insights, standardized practices, and structured problem-solving across capacity, quality, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years in operational excellence, business operations, analytics, or process improvement.
• Proven ability to develop KPI frameworks and performance-management systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable improvements.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational KPI frameworks across business units.
• Establish measures for cost per service, turnaround time, capacity, utilization, productivity, quality, and service delivery.
• Design dashboards and reporting tools for timely, actionable visibility into performance.
• Lead structured problem-solving to identify root causes of performance and workflow challenges.
• Drive adoption of standardized metrics, processes, and governance across the organization.
• Support acquisition integration activities and post-merger performance management.
