Job summary

Interlight, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations who will partner with the CEO to drive day-to-day performance and strategic execution across operations, service, inventory, and fulfillment. The role emphasizes KPIs, budget management, and scalable processes to support growth while upholding exceptional customer service.

The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams, oversee purchasing and warehouse operations, and contribute to company-wide planning and cadence.

Qualifications

7+ years of operations, customer service, supply chain, or business management experience with leadership over multiple functions.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and contributing to P&L performance.
ERP and Microsoft Dynamics proficiency.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; experienced with executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Direct customer service, purchasing, inventory, warehouse fulfillment, receiving, returns, drop ship operations, and marketplace activities against defined targets.
Track and report company-wide operational KPIs and departmental performance; report trends to the CEO.
Develop, manage, and monitor operational budgets to drive profitability.
Lead development of SOPs, processes, and staffing structures; mentor supervisors and staff.
Partner with the CEO on company strategy and growth, balancing short-term execution with long-term goals.
