Lumelight, LLC is seeking a Vice President, Operational Excellence to shape how we scale. Reporting to the CEO, you will build operating systems, processes, and capabilities that drive efficiency, consistency, and outstanding client experiences across the organization.

This executive role focuses on enterprise-wide improvements, scalable frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration to enable growth. Remote work is available within approved Lumelight states.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, operational excellence, management consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience scaling operations and building scalable processes and performance management systems.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation, process improvement, or operational strategy initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial, and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Lean Six Sigma or related certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Establish and govern company-wide operational performance metrics and reporting.
• Design KPI frameworks, capacity models, utilization measures, and service-level metrics to support informed decision-making.
• Lead enterprise data operations including intake, validation, transformation, quality management, and process optimization.
• Develop scalable operating models to support future growth and organizational evolution.
• Champion a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to support mergers & acquisitions integration.
