Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Five to seven years’ experience in management or similar leadership roles.
• Three years in a management role recommended.
• Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
• Proven track record of change management and cost-reduction programs.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, interview and hire Department/Workcell Managers.
• Coach Managers in interviewing/hiring processes and succession planning.
• Develop and validate training curricula for area of responsibility.
• Establish clear goals and monitor performance against metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across facilities.
• Communicate updates and results to senior leadership.
