Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned warehouse operations professional to oversee quality, safety and staff development in a dynamic environment. You will guide supervisors, manage training, and coordinate maintenance to maintain records and drive efficiency.

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma, ISO/AS9100 experience, and strong analytical skills to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
4 years of relevant work experience required.
4 years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in AS9100 or ISO environment preferred.
Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge preferred.
Experience in warehousing or 3PL preferred.
Ability to maintain a safe work environment by monitoring and enforcing safety procedures preferred.
Strong problem-solving techniques and statistical analysis skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to ensure customer commitments are met.
Demonstrate understanding of quality policies and establish procedures for maintaining quality objectives.
Provide guidance to supervisors regarding personnel, quality and safety.
Hire, train, develop and appraise staff.
Oversee maintenance coordination with the maintenance team and ensure records are maintained and reports completed promptly.
Enforce safe work practices and ensure warehouse compliance with OSHA and other standards.
Oversee data center operations supporting engaged employees, loyal customers and efficient operations.
