Job summary

Gulf Coast Blood is seeking an Operations Support Manager to lead scheduling, inventory control, processing coordination, and reporting for the Advanced Therapies program. You will partner with Finance, HR, Donor Collections, Quality, and Medical Leadership to ensure readiness, accreditation, and scalable operations.

The role emphasizes process improvement, analytics, and building dashboards to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 4–5 years in healthcare operations or highly regulated environments.
• Experience coordinating across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational support activities across scheduling, inventory management, product processing.
• Serve as liaison between Advanced Therapies and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor operational activities and elevate issues or resource needs.
• Coordinate accreditation readiness activities and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and performance metrics.
• Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
