• Manages daily C&R Laboratory operations, ensuring safe, accurate, timely, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
• Ensures appropriate staffing, scheduling.
• Provides operational and technical leadership for laboratory operations, staff performance, quality and regulatory compliance, competency, customer service, resource management, and continuous improvement.
