Job summary

Gulf Coast Blood Center in Houston seeks an experienced Manager of Operations Support for its Advanced Therapies program. The role leads scheduling, inventory, processing, and program support, coordinating with Finance, HR, Quality, and leadership to ensure readiness and scalable operations.

The ideal candidate will drive analytics, create dashboards, and implement continuous improvements while supporting accreditation and regulatory readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations or regulated environments.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Experience developing operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational support activities across scheduling, inventory, and processing.
• Serve as liaison between Advanced Therapies and Finance, HR, Quality, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
• Monitor workload, capacity, and program performance for readiness and growth.
• Lead process improvements and coordinate accreditation readiness activities.
