Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Business Excellence Engineer Staff to translate plant strategies into measurable goals and drive Lean, Six Sigma and JJPS initiatives across operations. This role requires strong analytical capability, and the ability to lead project teams, train staff, and manage performance improvements in manufacturing and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or University degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in medical products, and technical studies, preferably.
• Knowledge of Product Cost and Supply Chain.
• Experience in different areas of the plant.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the area or process including supply chain.
• Lead improvement projects from strategy to implementation.
• Update the performance measurement system and communicate results.
• Provide training on the system and change management to staff across manufacturing, supply chain and materials.
• Coordinate meetings to present progress and status of each project.
• Maintain open communication with cross‑plant project leaders and management.
