Qualifications

4+ years in supervision, administration and project direction.

Responsibilities

Develop a strategic plan for area or process, including the chain supply, with short- and long-term goals.
Ensure project goals align with plant strategic plan and are completed on schedule.
Update the performance measurement system and report results to Plant Management.
Train staff on the system and change for manufacturing, supply chain, and materials.
Represent operations in projects across plants and departments.
