Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop strategic plans for the area or process, including supply chain, with short- and long-term goals.
Ensure alignment of project plans with the plant’s strategic plan and timelines.
Lead and communicate improvement projects from strategy to implementation.
Maintain and update the performance measurement system and report results to Plant Management.
Promote training on the system and change across manufacturing, supply chain, and materials.
