Responsibilities

• Oversees scheduling of assigned areas; expedites orders, adjusts schedules, escalates issues.
• Collaborates with customer service, production, and procurement to prevent late deliveries.
• Reviews new customer accounts with Sales & Customer Service to set expectations, coordinating with operations.
