Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in project-based work delivering within cost parameters and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversees scheduling of assigned areas; expedites orders, adjusts schedules, and escalates issues to Operations Manager.
• Collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, production, and procurement to predict and prevent late deliveries.
• Investigates customer complaints and recommends corrective actions with Quality and Operations management.
• Contributes to root cause analyses and continual improvement projects to optimize operations.
