Ingenics seeks an Operations Consultant to optimize processes and manufacturing workflows for client success. You will work with executives and front-line teams to implement measurable improvements, leading Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.

Role involves guiding smart manufacturing adoption and IoT tools, coaching staff through transitions, and presenting strategic recommendations. Travel 50–80% to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or business required.
• Proficient data tools and ERP systems (SQL, Tableau, PowerBI; SAP, Oracle).
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
• Ability to influence executives and shop-floor teams.
• Willingness to travel 50–80% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Review end-to-end workflows to identify bottlenecks and waste.
• Analyze supply chain costs, inventory data, and downtime metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement programs using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Guide adoption of smart manufacturing, automation, and IoT tools.
• Coach staff and management through structural and digital transitions.
• Present data-backed operational recommendations to leaders.
