Job summary

Sterigenics is seeking an Operational Ex Ex Manager to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives and the Operational Excellence program. The role collaborates across functions to improve quality, productivity, labor and cost savings while fostering a safety-focused culture.

Responsibilities include process mapping, data analysis, KPI reporting, and leading change across the organization. Requires PMP/Lean/Six Sigma certification and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA or BS (or international equivalent).
• Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years hands on practicing Lean, Six Sigma experience.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience at a project level in an global organization.
• 5-10 years of experience in a transactional or services business with an operational emphasis in Supply Chain optimization.

Responsibilities

• Deploy best practices across all business units and regions.
• Identify opportunities to drive standardization, automation and profitability.
• Create and support strategies to change behaviors without disrupting legacy sites.
• Develop and manage monthly KPI reports with action plans.
• Lead cross-training initiatives to broaden knowledge and performance.
