Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist in a hybrid role based in East London. You will analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, drive cost reductions, and improve overall quality by applying Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven approaches.

You will collaborate with production teams and management to implement new production methods, develop training, and monitor KPI impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate change.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for process optimization, including lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test improved production methods.
• Develop and deliver training for production staff on new processes and best practices.
• Track ROI and KPIs to measure impact of improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends to recommend innovative process enhancements.
