Job summary

Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Operational Excellence Engineer to lead Lean initiatives and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. 4-5+ years in Industrial Engineering or related fields with strong Lean Six Sigma expertise are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • 4-5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or related.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops.
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Create Value Stream Maps.
  • Implement 5S and Standard Work.
  • Develop and track KPIs.
  • Coach employees on Lean tools.
  • Support manufacturing strategy deployment.
  • Monitor project savings and sustainability.
  • Maintain visual management boards.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Production and Finance teams.
