Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- 4-5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or related.
- Experience in manufacturing environments and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement projects.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Create Value Stream Maps.
- Implement 5S and Standard Work.
- Develop and track KPIs.
- Coach employees on Lean tools.
- Support manufacturing strategy deployment.
- Monitor project savings and sustainability.
- Maintain visual management boards.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Production and Finance teams.
