Job summary

IPM Integrated Project Management Company is seeking a results-driven consultant in Operational Excellence to drive improvement initiatives across manufacturing clients. You will lead data-driven assessments, develop implementation roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable performance gains.

The role requires 5–10 years of manufacturing experience, a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma, and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline (preferred industrial engineering, operations management or analytics).
• 5–10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years on the production floor and 2+ years delivering projects in manufacturing.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and APICS certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and lead improvement strategies and initiatives.
• Perform assessments to identify root causes and financial opportunities for roadmaps.
• Collect and analyze data; document client requirements and work with client teams to define solutions.
• Manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget while adhering to IPM standards.
• Lead high-performance project teams and coordinate resources to achieve goals.
• Create and present executive-level and detailed updates during engagements.
