Job summary

The Ballmer Institute for Children's Behavioral Health at the University of Oregon seeks an Operations Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and event support to leadership and initiatives. You will coordinate meetings, calendars, communications, and action tracking to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will assist in planning in-person and virtual events, manage travel logistics, vendors, and post-event follow-up, while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • Two years of general clerical experience or equivalent education.
  • Associate's degree in Office Occupations or Office Technology.
  • Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology with one year clerical experience.
  • College courses in Office Occupations or Office Technology substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, track action items and support project activities.
  • Support planning and delivery of in-person and virtual events; coordinate logistics, communications, travel, vendors, and post-event admin.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders with calendar management, travel planning, and handling confidential information.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
