Job summary

The Ballmer Institute for Children's Behavioral Health at the University of Oregon is seeking an Administrative Program Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for the Institute's clinical training, field placement, and professional learning programs.

The role requires independent judgment and collaboration with faculty, staff, and external partners in a dynamic academic setting.

Qualifications

• Three years of office experience including two at full performance level and experience generating documents.
• Lead work responsibility or coordination of office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical training operations, field placement, and professional learning programs.
• Serve as primary liaison among students, faculty, supervisors, community partners, and external agencies.
• Develop and maintain procedures, systems, and controls to support program operations and compliance.
• Coordinate administrative projects and events, and monitor timelines and program requirements.
• Prepare reports, materials, and recommendations to advance short- and long-range clinical training goals.
