is offering an Operations Engineering Intern role located on-site in various locations for Summer 2027. You will partner with manufacturing technicians to identify process improvements, manage projects end-to-end, and document results for leadership review. Ideal candidates are rising sophomores to seniors in engineering fields, ready to work in a plant environment, and able to gather, analyze data and communicate findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Rising sophomore, junior or senior in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Industrial) preferred.
• Well-rounded skill set including problem definition, data collection, fact establishment and drawing valid conclusions.
• Able to work in both office and plant environments and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with manufacturing technicians on the plant floor to develop process improvement areas and understand manufacturing processes
• Coordinate activities of contractors, hourly technicians, and other resources
• Prepare standard reports and documentation to communicate results
• Manage projects holistically from scope development, capital appropriation, implementation, commissioning, and verification
• Collect, analyze, and utilize data to execute improvements while interfacing with salaried employees and technicians to deliver effective initiatives
