Qualifications

• Rising sophomore, junior, or senior in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred).
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Able to work in both office and plant environments and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with manufacturing technicians to identify process improvements.
• Coordinate activities of contractors, hourly technicians, and resources.
• Prepare standard reports and documentation to communicate results.
• Manage projects from scope development through verification.
• Collect and analyze data to drive improvements while interfacing with staff.
