Job summary

This on-site internship emphasizes documentation, communication, and holistic project management. You'll develop problem-solving skills, coordinate with contractors and hourly staff, and prepare standard reports.

Qualifications

• A rising sophomore, junior, or senior standing in school with requisite educational experience in engineering.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Must be able to work in office and plant environments and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work with manufacturing technicians to develop process improvement areas and understand processes.
• Coordinate activities of contractors, hourly technicians, and other resources
• Prepare standard reports and documentation to communicate results
• Manage projects from scope to verification and implementation
• Collect and analyze data to drive improvements with technicians and salaried staff
