Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with December or May graduation timelines.
• Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Active participation in student organizations indicating leadership.

Responsibilities

• On-site position across dynamic manufacturing environments and distribution centers.
• Lead problem solving using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Initiate and support equipment/process upgrades to reduce scrap and improve quality.
• Develop and implement control systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide on-machine expertise to maintain capacity and meet performance targets.
• Develop timelines, assign tasks and drive execution for project goals.
