Avery Dennison’s North America Operations Early Career Program (OECP) offers a focused 24-month training curriculum to build talent for our operations teams. This on-site role places you in dynamic manufacturing environments and distribution centers where you will contribute to lean initiatives and process improvements under mentorship.

The program emphasizes cross-functional development and readiness for operations leadership, with site assignments across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with December/May graduation timelines.
• Internship/co-op experience required or relevant manufacturing work experience.
• Leadership experience via student organizations (e.g., SWE, NSBE, ASME, etc.).
• Demonstrated engagement in volunteerism or similar activities.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Must be willing to relocate to any of our sites while on the early career program.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem solving and use Enterprise Lean and Six Sigma tools to propose resolutions.
• Initiate and support equipment and process upgrades to minimize scrap and improve quality.
• Plan, develop, enhance and implement control systems for quality standards.
