Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign and adjust driver routes daily to maximize productivity.
• Utilize routing platforms for same-day changes and next-day planning.
• Sequence efficient routes and support dynamic routing strategies.
• Maintain communication with drivers, leadership, dispatch, and customers during routes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve en route issues to prevent interruptions.
• Collect and verify logistics data to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Close routes and input service data using dispatch systems.
• Review disposal and service capacity plans to optimize destinations.
• Evaluate swing route opportunities and balance high-demand loads.
• Manage service tickets, driver logs, communications, and routing paperwork.
• Handle requests from customer service, sales, or field staff efficiently.
