Job summary

Avari Management is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day field operations execution. This desk‑based role focuses on dispatch, coordination, and effective communication to keep tasks moving and reduce dropped balls.

You will triage tickets, route work orders to maintenance, housekeeping, vendors, and field teams, and support scheduling to ensure timely completion and high service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations coordination, dispatch, hospitality, property management, or similar role preferred.
• Strong comfort with ticketing / work order systems and clear, concise communication.
• Ability to prioritize, stay calm under pressure, and move fast without dropping details.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound tickets/work orders and ensure acknowledgement, categorization, and routing.
• Assign work orders to the right team or vendor based on scope, urgency, location, and skill.
• Set priorities and escalation paths for urgent issues to minimize guest impact.
