Job summary

Avari Management seeks a proactive field operations assistant to support property readiness, housekeeping, and logistics across assigned properties. You will manage tickets, perform on-site inspections, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams, including during weekend or evening shifts when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in field operations, maintenance, housekeeping, logistics, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, ticketing systems, and property management software.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned service tickets from dispatch through completion with timely resolution and accurate status updates.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, inspections, and follow-up to verify quality and closure.
• Escalate issues and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct pre-arrival and routine property inspections to ensure brand/quality standards.
• Support maintenance and housekeeping with light tasks, QA checks, and supplies delivery.
• Track and manage field inventory and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with物流, property managers, guest services, onboarding, and revenue/marketing.
• Maintain records in field operations software: work performed, photos, inventory usage, and vendor activity.
• Provide coverage for seasonal surges, emergencies, and special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
