Job summary

Avari Management is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to serve as the hub for day-to-day field ops execution. This role manages ticket triage, prioritization, and routing to ensure work orders are assigned with proper context and follow-through.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in operations coordination or similar, comfortable with ticketing platforms, and a proven ability to communicate clearly under pressure to keep schedules on track and incidents to a minimum.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations coordination, dispatch, hospitality, property management, or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound tickets/work orders, ensuring items are acknowledged, categorized, and routed quickly.
• Assign work orders to appropriate internal team member or vendor based on scope, urgency, location, access, and skill requirements.
• Set clear priorities and escalation paths for urgent issues (same-day turns, guest impacting issues, safety items, VIP/owner arrivals).
• Coordinate daily routing with Field Ops Support, Maintenance, Housekeeping Support, and APM/PM teams.
• Balance workloads across pods/teams and adjust assignments as conditions change.
