Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit 501c(3) and 501c(4) operations.
• Grant writing or strong written communications to promote the org.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative tasks to support staff, including approving hours and reimbursements.
• Co-lead grants process: researching, writing, tracking deadlines and applying for grants.
• Lead onboarding and technical support with new hires.
• Co-develop and monitor organization budget and track funds; provide weekly director updates.
• Support relationships with fiscal sponsor around money, budget tracking and reimbursements.
