Job summary

BCR Environmental Corporation seeks a Director of Operations to steer complex capital equipment, wastewater treatment, and biosolids projects across North America from Jacksonville, FL. You will align manufacturing, field services, construction, and commissioning to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with engineered systems, and a culture of continuous improvement across teams, partners, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership in operations or project management.
• 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams for project delivery.
• Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma and KPI systems.
• Strong contract, procurement, and controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead field services, commissioning, and project execution functions.
• Develop metrics and processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives and standardized procedures.
• Oversee outsourced manufacturing and supplier coordination.
• Lead a high-performance team and foster safety and customer focus.
