Job summary

Advanced Residuals Management Llc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial residuals beneficial-use projects, coordinating field operations, staffing, transportation, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial, agricultural, construction, transportation, heavy equipment, or related operational experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and field operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand operational procedures, safety policies, permits, contracts, maps and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management for assigned projects.
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and long-term operational plans.
• Coordinate field operations, site operations, transportation, equipment, staffing, and material movement.
• Monitor project production, tonnage, schedules, costs, and operational performance.
• Identify operational problems and implement timely solutions.
• Maintain communication with Director of Operations about performance and staffing.
• Coordinate startup, mobilization, demobilization and changes.
• Supervise Field Supervisors and other personnel; conduct training and evaluations.
• Oversee land application operations and environmental compliance.
• Serve as ARM's primary management representative for customers.
