Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in an operations environment with P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing 10+ direct reports and building high-performing teams.
• Experience with major retail chains or consumer packaged goods industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and process development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational strategy for the Business Unit and oversee P&L metrics.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance management across teams.
• Develop scalable processes and infrastructure for growth and profitability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Finance, IS&T, Talent Acquisition).
• Oversee back-office accountability and drive program execution for clients.
