Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC, a Quanta Services company, is seeking a Director, Operations to lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale technology construction programs across an assigned portfolio.

You will report to the VP of Operations and own leadership of project teams, client relationships, contract administration, and financial performance, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in operational or program management overseeing large-scale projects.
• 7+ years direct people leadership on multi-functional teams.
• Experience with GMP, cost-plus and lump-sum contract structures at program level.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO spanning Project Executives, Project Managers and support staff.
• Own project delivery, escalation protocols, and reporting standards across Safety, Quality, Execution and Cost.
• Develop program-level portfolio tracking for schedule, cost, risk, and resources.
• Drive contract structures, change management, cost-of-work tracking and preconstruction scope.
