Balfour Beatty US is seeking a Senior Project Leader to oversee complex construction programs from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, GMPs, client contracts, and team performance to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 15+ years in construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office. This position emphasizes safety, client relations, and strategic problem solving.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction industry experience.
• 10+ years in leadership position with medium to large teams.
• Demonstrates leadership, problem solving and motivation of others.
• Strong presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC and company tools: email, internet, Microsoft products, Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Procore, BIM models.

Responsabilités

• Oversee budget and GMP development for projects.
• Review owner contracts, bonds, fees, insurances, schedules and costs.
• Lead Project Manager in monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
• Develop project incentives and ensure subcontracting management.
• Coordinate preconstruction and cost reporting with operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EEO and quality controls.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and design teams.
